CARPENTER/MASON.

DENVER A BARNES T/A EXCLUSIVE BUILDERS CONSTRUCTION is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter / Mason to join our construction team. The successful candidate will perform both carpentry and masonry duties on residential, commercial, and construction projects while ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.

The Carpenter / Mason will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using wood, concrete, brick, block, stone, and other building materials. The role requires versatility, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry work, including constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install building components such as doors, windows, cabinets, and roofing.
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Carry out masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, stone, and concrete materials.
Mix and apply mortar and cement, and construct or repair walls, foundations, walkways, and related structures.
Ensure quality workmanship, proper alignment, and finishing of all work.
Maintain tools and equipment, follow health and safety regulations, and keep work areas clean and organized.
Work with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule and assist with other construction-related duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5-6 years of experience as a Carpenter, Mason, or Carpenter/Mason
Strong knowledge of carpentry and masonry techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Good measurement and mathematical skills
Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
With a clean police record
