What would you do as a carpenter/ mason
You can anticipate working in all weather conditions and with a variety of materials, lift and transport big objects, and read and evaluate technical drawings. You will be involved in the measuring, cutting, shaping and smoothing, wood, drywall, lumber using hand tools and power tools, build and install of furniture, building structures, framework and roof. ensuring safety and compliance with building codes. Other responsibilities include texturing and polishing stone blocks, installing dressed stone, mixing cement and mortar, and fixing damaged masonry work.
Masons / Carpenters Carrying out jobs in dusty and hot environments and working at height.
Using a variety of hand and power tools is a must.
Installing floor joists, floorboards, and roof trusses Installing floor joists, floorboards, roof trusses, and wall partitions.
Interior fittings include staircases, doors, skirting boards, cupboards, and kitchens.
constructing frameworks for residential and commercial structures.
