FINISHER / CARPENTER.

Will be responsible for executing high-quality trim and finishing work on a variety of residential and commercial
projects. This includes cabinetry, framing, decking, window and stair detailing, crown moulding, and baseboard
installation. A strong eye for precision and a commitment to craftsmanship are essential. Candidates should have
a minimum of 8 years’ experience or formal training in finish or trim carpentry.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to assess project scope
• Measure and calculate dimensions and materials required
• Cut, shape, and finish lumber and composite materials (e.g., fiberglass) to specifications
• Construct and install window frames, doors, staircases, flooring, roofing, and drywall systems
• Build, fit, and install furniture, cabinetry, shelves, and other wood components
• Perform on-site maintenance and repair work
• Assemble scaffolding and other necessary job structures safely and efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in finish carpentry for both residential and commercial environments
• Hands-on expertise with carpentry tools, materials, and installation practices
• Strong understanding of construction methods, trim installation, and finishing techniques
• Proficiency with both power and hand tools, including saws, hammers, levels, and measuring devices
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform carpentry tasks for extended periods
• Solid grasp of basic mathematics and measurements
• Strong commitment to safety practices and job site protocols
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Clean police clearance and drug-free status required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
• Prior carpentry apprenticeship is an asset
• Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential
