Martlet Design Ltd. is seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Carpenter Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in high-end woodworking, cabinetry, and custom furniture, with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
The successful candidate must have their own set of bench tools. The candidate will assist with the construction, installation, repair, and finishing of wooden cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and other custom wood products. Responsibilities include measuring and preparing materials, reading and interpreting technical drawings, work orders and specifications, preparing accurate cutting lists, and assisting with site layouts. The candidate must also be able to match furnishing styles, finishes, and materials according to client specifications and design requirements.
Salary: KYD $10.00–$15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
