You will assists lead carpenters and journeymen on construction or woodworking sites by handling materials, preparing tools. Experiance, skill, and tools will determine your pay rate.
Required Skills and Qualifications;
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects (often 50+ lbs) for long hours.
Basic Math: Capability to read a tape measure and calculate simple dimensions.
Safety Awareness: Willingness to follow strict job-site safety rules and wear protective gear.
Trainability: Eagerness to learn carpentry techniques under experienced supervisors
