Now Hiring a CARPENTER/EIFS SYSTEM/WATER PROOFING SPECIALIST
Requirements:
Efficient use of material
Cut and shape wood and other materials (e.g., fiberglass) according to measurements.
Build wooden fixtures, install pre-constructed items
Mixing basecoat/Cement/adhesive material.
Rasping (sanding) foam board (EPS or XPS).
Applying fiberglass mesh.
Examining and priming surfaces for plastering.
Selecting the appropriate plastering materials for different sites.
Protecting non-plastering surfaces with appropriate materials.
Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.
Polyurethane, epoxy crack injection
Interior perimeter drain system installation
Hand excavation and waterproofing
Window well installation
The role may also involve supervising general construction workers when necessary.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong understanding of materials and tools. In addition to technical proficiency, successful candidates must prioritize
