• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery
• Clean and polish glass surfaces, chrome, and trim
• Clean door jambs and wheel wells
• Apply wax to paint
• Apply protective coatings to plastic and rubber surfaces
• Provide up-sell services when appropriate
• Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned in a timely manner
