Booking Agent/Tour Guide.

Cayman Paradise Tours is seeking a Booking Agent/Tour Guide

This is a high-level multitasking role assisting customers and cruise ship companies with boat-charter inquiries and bookings via phone and email. This is a full-time role (40–50 hrs per week) with on-call coverage 7am–7pm across seven days with one day off. All public holidays are mandatory (including Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter long weekend, and Thanksgiving).
This candidate must have 4+ years’ experience in the Cayman Water sports Industry and 3+ years in experience on Cayman for the Tour Guide position. You will need to be punctual, speak English, clean and presentable. Also, be a team player and be able to work self-motivated. As well as dependable, professional and committed to upholding company standards and delivering exceptional guest experience.

Specific Skills required are:
Experience with Oracle, Convera and Apex cruise line payment systems
Experience in Google calendar, drive and emails.
Experience in Excel and word
Scheduling, internal and external experience with bookings.
Ability to manage multiple communications channels (phone, email and online platforms) efficiently.
Shore excursion experience.
You must have your own laptop, personal phone with data, own car and a current local driving license.
You must have maintained a job role for more than 2 years.
