BOAT YARD MAINTENANCE.

Boating Made Easy Ltd. T/A BME is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Boat Yard Maintenance Person to assist with the daily maintenance, upkeep, and organization of our boat yard and surrounding facilities.

Responsibilities
Maintain and clean the boat yard, work areas, docks, and surrounding grounds.
Assist with cleaning, washing, and basic maintenance of boats and equipment.
Perform general repairs and maintenance as required.
Assist with moving, launching, hauling, and positioning boats and equipment.
Maintain tools, machinery, and yard equipment in good working condition.
Assist technicians and other staff with boat maintenance and yard projects.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
Identify and report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards.
Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
Perform other general yard duties as assigned.

Qualifications
3-4 years of experience
Previous experience in boat yard maintenance, marine work, construction, landscaping, or general maintenance is preferred.
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general maintenance.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors.
Ability to work around boats, water, machinery, and marine equipment safely.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Valid driver's license.
Clean Police Record.
