Is hiring a Beauty Therapist
Key Responsibilities
Perform skincare treatments (facials, cleansing, exfoliation, masks)
Provide hair removal services (waxing, threading, laser in some settings)
Offer body treatments (massages, body scrubs, wraps)
Shape eyebrows and tint lashes
Apply makeup for events or daily wear
Assess clients’ skin types and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain hygiene and sterilize tools and equipment
Promote and sell beauty products and services
Keep client records and track treatment history
Stay updated with new beauty techniques and trends
Skills & Qualities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of skin types and beauty products
Attention to detail and hygiene standards
Good manual dexterity
Friendly and professional attitude
Ability to build client relationships
