Applicant will be required to prepare, mix and serve drinks, food and beverages correctly to either customers directly or through serving staff. He/she will be required to respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion. Must be able to process transactions using the POS system and Debit/Credit Care Machine, prepare and maintain customer checks with accuracy and process customer payments. Maintain a clean working area, bar tools and glassware. Balance cash at the beginning and ending of each shift, monitor inventory and order and restock items as necessary.
