Fidel Murphy's is looking for a Full Time Bartender. Minimum 5 years experience in a busy Pub environment is required. Duties consist of: Drink Preparation & Service, Customer Interaction, Proper handling & rotation of inventory, Sanitation and Safety compliance, handling of company cash & cash equivalents. Speed of service and an ability to communicate well with co-workers are a must. Willing to work late nights, weekends & Public Holidays and should have a reliable means of travel. Basic knowledge of a variety of sports including Premiere League Football is encouraged. Must have excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in connecting with cultures from all over the world. Base rate is currently $6.56/hour with 15% gratuities as per our government approved gratuity scheme. Health & Pension in accordance with current Labor Laws.
