Baker.

The talented Baker who will primarily work night shifts to provide our guests with exceptional bakery and pastry products. As an integral part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality baked goods adhering to the quality, quantity, and presentation standards as established by the Pastry Chef. You will have the opportunity to engage with guests and enjoy building strong working relationships with your co-workers.
• 2-4 year of prior experience in the bakery & pastry department of a high-volume, full-service restaurant or hotel supportive role is preferred.
• Time management and organizational ability required for high quality food production.
• Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks including baked goods and other confectionary/ cake related items
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Strong creative organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate written and verbally in English.
This position requires a flexible schedule, must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and primarily overnight.
