We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design and development team. This role involves leading architectural design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all building plans meet regulatory standards and the company’s expectations.
Candidates should have a passion for innovative design, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. The Architect will contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction and development projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead architectural projects through all phases, from conceptual design to final delivery.
• Develop innovative and practical design concepts aligned with client needs and project goals.
• Produce and refine detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all designs meet safety, sustainability, and building code requirements.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with designs.
• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction phase.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other consultants for cohesive project delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Registered/licensed Architect status is required.
• Proven experience managing local architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail, project management, problem-solving and client-facing skills
