We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented professional to take on a dual role as a Administrative Coordinator/Sales Representative , with a strong emphasis on marketing, business development, and client engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic execution and face-to-face relationship building. You will be responsible for promoting the business both online and on the ground visiting companies, pitching services, creating content, and supporting internal operations with sharp administrative skills.
This position is set in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment that requires the ability to multitask, think critically, and solve problems quickly. The right candidate must be committed, adaptable, and capable of handling shifting priorities with professionalism. A strong work ethic and willingness to extend working hours when needed are essential to succeeding in this role. Familiarity with Cayman Islands immigration systems and process is highly preferred.
Sales & Marketing
• Lead client acquisition efforts through outbound marketing, prospecting, and in-person engagement
• Represent the company during client visits, networking events, and external meetings
• Create marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns and promotional materials
• Manage all social media platforms, ensuring regular posting, audience engagement, and performance analytics.
• Keep and handle the website fresh and optimized, creating landing pages and promotional banners
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms for efficient content creation and marketing workflows.
• Plan and execute Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and monitor analytics for conversion performance
• Track KPIs, generate weekly marketing and sales reports, and adjust strategies for growth
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client leads, and service upsell
• Actively visit companies and offices across the Cayman Islands to present and promote services, deliver marketing materials, and build client relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
Administrative Coordination
• Maintain organized and confidential client and employee records, both digitally and in hard copy.
• Provide end-to-end onboarding and offboarding documentation support for client employees
• Liaise with WORC and other government agencies on behalf of clients for immigration and employment matters
• Support client payroll processes by collecting and verifying employee timesheets, and generating detailed Excel-based reports with formulas, summaries, and reconciliation for payroll preparation
• Handle employee enrollments for pension plans and health insurance, including submission of forms, tracking approvals, and maintaining records
• Assist with employee bank account openings and ensure all documentation is submitted and completed correctly
• Ensure all business license and work permit documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, or administrative coordination roles.
• Proven experience in both sales/marketing and administrative coordination roles.
• Demonstrated experience creating marketing content across social media, websites, and email platforms, with a strong understanding of audience engagement and branding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Skilled in using marketing and business tools such as Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and AI platforms
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, especially in handling confidential information and government documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to be on the road, conduct site visits, and meet clients across the Cayman Islands.
• Comfortable representing the company in client-facing roles, external meetings, and networking events.
• Strong understanding of Cayman Islands immigration procedures, including work permits, PR, RERC, passport, and visa processing.
• Adaptable, tech-savvy, and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering quality service.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the Cayman Islands for business development purposes.
