Accounting Clerk / Inventory Assistant.

Job Description:
Warren Greene Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Inventory Assistant to support our accounts and inventory functions.
Key Duties:
• Process invoices, credit notes, payments and inventory documentation accurately
• Keep inventory records up to date and track stock movements in the inventory management system
• Prepare inventory and stock-level reports to support operational planning
• Help with bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and vendor coordination
• Support inventory audits and stock reconciliations, and look into discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Provide general administrative support to the accounts and operations teams
• Follow internal procedures and company policies
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years' experience in inventory control, bookkeeping or accounting support
• Experience with QuickBooks and inventory/ERP systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clean Police Clearance Certificate
Preferred / Assets:
• Data analytics certification (e.g., Google Data Analytics)
• Experience in a construction or retail inventory environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
