Job Title: Air Conditioning Service Technician
Job Description:
Island Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced A/C Service Technician to service, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including central ducted, ductless, chilled water, and water-cooled systems, dehumidifiers, and exhaust fans.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with both residential and commercial systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Physically capable of manual labor and working in attics and varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid driver's license (Cayman Islands license preferred)
• HVAC certification or related qualifications is a plus
Salary: KYD $15- $30 per hour. Depending on experience and qualifications.
Work Hours: Full-time, 45 hrs/week.
Benefits: Pension and Health benefits in accordance with the Cayman Islands Labour Act.
