We are seeking a flexible, passionate, and dedicated A La Carte Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned kitchen station and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service.

Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes to an exceptional standard, minimizing food waste, planning daily production, maintaining efficient stock control, and placing orders as required. The Chef de Partie will also provide guidance and training to junior team members while demonstrating excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar Chef de Partie role.
Experience in an upscale restaurant, Michelin-starred, or gourmet dining establishment is preferred.
Restaurant pre-opening and opening experience is an advantage.
Creative approach with exceptional attention to detail.
High standards of professionalism, presentation, and communication.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Police Clearance and proof of a valid driver’s license are required.
