Position Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of software
development projects, ensuring operational efficiency, technical quality, and strategic alignment. This role
combines team leadership, technological vision, and relationship management with clients and suppliers
to drive continuous improvement and the organization’s competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Project and Operations Management
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors required for development.
• Optimize internal processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership
• Supervise and motivate development and support teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define clear and measurable objectives aligned with the company’s strategy.
Technical Quality and Technology Vision
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Define priorities for the development roadmap based on market and client needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Ensure that implemented solutions comply with security standards and best practices in cloud
environments.
Client and Vendor Relationships
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Develop strategic relationships with technology vendors and business partners.
Required Profile
✓ Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
✓ Minimum of 3 years of experience leading operations in technology companies.
✓ Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
✓ Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
✓ Leadership, strategic vision, and results-oriented mindset.
✓ Experience with cybersecurity best practices and the management of secure environments is a plus.
