We are looking for a fully experienced Technician/Automotive Mechanic to work within our busy multi franchise car dealership.
Responsibilities:
• Perform vehicle diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out engine, gearbox, and general mechanical repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment for fault finding and electronic diagnostics.
• Assist with crash repair work as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ automotive mechanical experience at main dealer level with either Changan, Foton, or JLR and must hold the approved levels of certification. A proven technical and mechanical understanding of any of our current brands of Changan, Foton, Jaguar, Land Rover, Subaru, Renault or Volvo would also be advantageous.
Skills and Abilities required: Electronic Diagnostic Knowledge and application, Engine Tuning, Engine and Gearbox Repairs and General Servicing Skills to manufacturers standards.
