Site Supervisor.

TAG Developments Ltd. is seeking one full-time Site Supervisor.

Responsibilities
• Ability to read Architectural and Engineering drawings,
• Knowledge in Buildertrend Software
• Liaise with Architects and Engineers
• Coordinate multiple Residential and Commercial projects
• Follow office procedures, control cost and stay under budget
• Supervise sub-contractors and labor on site
• Liaise with CIG and Planning Authority
• Oversee general maintenance and repair
• This role may require individual to work long hours, outside and inside, while using power tools and equipment and must be available on short notice

Requirements
• Must have at least six (6) years Project Supervisor experience
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture and Master’s degree in Construction Management and related field in Planning Management
• Engineering qualification and AutoCAD experience, preferred
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have good writing ability and organizational skills
• Must have a strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Must have own transportation and valid CI driver’s license
• Clean Police clearance and able to travel in and out of the Islands.

Salary Cl$ 48,000 -72,000 (4,000 to 6,000 per month) + health insurance, vacation entitlement, and pension contributions as per Labour Law.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., approx. 180 hours per month on average (with salary paid monthly). Must be flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays, and additional hours as required, particularly during deadline periods.
