In this role, you will be the driving force on our sales floor, translating complex technical specifications into user-friendly benefits for our customers. As a senior member of the team, you will not only meet individual sales targets but also mentor junior staff, lead complex product demonstrations, and ensure the department reflects our premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed monthly sales for high-margin electronics, extended warranties, and ecosystem accessories.
• Provide Expert Consultations: Assess customer lifestyle needs to recommend complete tech solutions, covering smart home setups, computing, home audio, and mobile devices.
• Technical Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and connectivity of live store displays to highlight product value and drive conversions.
• Staff Mentorship: Act as a floor leader by coaching junior sales representatives on advanced selling techniques and new product features.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain pristine store displays, ensuring security devices, pricing tags, and live demo units function flawlessly.
• Inventory & Loss Prevention: Assist management with inventory cycles, stock replenishment, and minimizing variance on high-value items.
• Advanced Customer Support: Handle complex customer queries, technical troubleshooting, and product returns or exchanges professionally
