JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Information Security

SALARY: CI$135,000 - CI$175,000 pa

WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time

Dart is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security, to lead our enterprise cyber security programme. Partnering with IT and executive leadership, you will set strategy and strengthen cyber risk, regulatory compliance, incident response, third-party assurance and security culture across Dart’s businesses.

DO YOU HAVE:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field; Master’s or MBA is preferred
A CISSP certification is required; CISM, CRISC, CCSP or CISA is strongly preferred
At least 12 years’ information security experience, including five or more years leading an enterprise-scale cyber security function
Demonstrated experience securing funding for and delivering a cyber security strategy, and reporting cyber risk in business terms to executive leadership and board committees
Deep working knowledge of security frameworks, and data protection obligations, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS and PCI DSS
Deep network security expertise, including secure architecture, segmentation and zero trust, with experience securing complex, multi-entity environments spanning cloud, and on-premises infrastructure

WE WANT YOU TO:

Lead Dart’s cyber security strategy, aligned to business objectives and risk appetite
Be Dart’s single point of accountability for cyber posture and material risks
Manage the cyber security budget, resourcing and external service partners
Set security policies, standards, architecture principles and controls
Lead cyber risk management, including third-party risk and the enterprise risk register
Direct penetration testing, red teaming and audits, and overseeing remediation
Ensure compliance with Cayman Islands data protection and privacy legislation
Lead cyber detection, response and recovery, including major incidents and executive, legal and regulatory communications
Embed and regularly test cyber resilience in business continuity and DR plans
Develop and lead the information security team and oversee security operations
