1. Site Security & Monitoring
▪ Maintain a constant security presence at the assigned post.
▪ Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
▪ Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
▪ Protect client property, equipment, and personnel from theft, vandalism, trespassing, and disturbances.
▪ Maintain a professional posture and remain alert at all times.
2. Patrol Duties
▪ Conduct scheduled and unscheduled foot patrols of the premises.
▪ Inspect buildings, doors, windows, gates, and perimeter areas for security breaches.
▪ Document and report any irregularities immediately.
3. Access Control
▪ Verify identification, visitor passes, and employee credentials.
▪ Enforce client-specific access protocols.
▪ Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in/out procedures.
▪ Provide courteous assistance to visitors and staff.
4. Incident Response & Reporting
▪ Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity. ▪ Use de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts or tense situations.
▪ Contact emergency services when required (police, EMS, fire).
▪ Prepare detailed written incident reports, daily logs, and observation notes.
5. Customer Service & Professional Conduct
▪ Provide assistance to staff, visitors, and clients when needed.
▪ Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
▪ Uphold Eagleye Security Services standards of conduct and client expectations.
6. Safety & Emergency Support
▪ Assist during fire alarms, evacuations, or emergency drills.
▪ Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
▪ Administer basic first aid when required (if certified).

▪ Strong observational and situational awareness
▪ Ability to remain calm under pressure
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Integrity, reliability, and professionalism
▪ Ability to follow strict protocols and instructions
▪ Basic report writing and documentation skills
▪ Physical ability to stand for long periods and conduct patrols
Qualifications
▪ Prior security experience preferred
▪ Knowledge of Cayman Islands security regulations preferred
▪ Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
▪ First aid certification is an asset
▪ Clean police clearance
Work Conditions
▪ Indoor or outdoor posts depending on assignment
▪ May require extended shifts or overnight duties
▪ Must remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
▪ Must comply with Eagleye Security Services uniform and grooming standards
