Sales Supervisor.

The Sales Supervisor will direct, coordinate and manage activities of the Sales Professionals to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
•Manage and motivate a team of Sales Professionals using the Gold-Star Selling trainings to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
•Provide support to the Sales Professionals through ongoing training, coaching, performance reviews.
•Plan and prepare work schedules; assign specific duties that will enhance the customer service and deliver the store sales objectives.
•Plan and implement strategy to promote the store to attract customers.
•Maintain awareness of and carry out company marketing initiatives including organize promotions, incentive activities, displays and store events.
•Set a positive leadership example.
•Manage inventory and stock levels, making key decisions on stock controls.
•Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are upheld.
•Verify that all store opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and according to the documented standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
•Must possess a minimum five (5) years of retail sales experience with luxury goods including jewelry, watches.
•Minimum three (3) years retail management experience.
•Gold-Star Selling certification preferred.
•Previous commission-based sales experience with proven sales target success.
•High level of proficiency in MS Office.
•Must be willing to work late shifts, weekends, public holidays.
•Must be comfortable speaking with the public.
•High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, at times demanding environment.
