We are looking for a performance-driven individual with has a proven retail management track record of success and a strong desire to always deliver best in class customer experience. The successful store manager candidate will have a broad ranging retail background including measurable success in management, sales, marketing, and store operations. The candidate we seek will be responsible to direct the day-to-day operations of a retail store training and motivating staff to achieve all financial targets.

Candidate will be expected to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while leading and directing the work of others to meet overall store performance goals. Job Responsibilities:
• Customer care and customer service management - external and internal.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Motivation and leadership of team and individual team members.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Effective Communication skills through questioning and active listening, building trust, empathy, and mutual understanding – external and internal.
• Training and developing others, coaching, and mentoring, assessing training needs.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain retail stock and execute ordering needs for the boutique inventory
• Report on buying trends and customer needs
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Effective use of retail technology and equipment, esp. communication, planning and reporting systems.
• Planning, prioritizing, and organizing tasks and store activities/events, time management, self, and team.
• Support ownership with the recruitment process by interviewing and selecting ideal candidates. Execute an effective onboarding system for new team members.
• Innovation, vision, creativity, taking initiative, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Quality awareness and managing, according to quality standards and procedures.
• Employment and HR policy awareness and managing, according to policies
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as assigned
• Must work a flexible schedule. Available and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed

Requirements and skills
• Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills. Customer-focused with a proven track record of success in achieving/exceeding growth and profitability goals.
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and implementing field marketing & sales tactics in the media industry.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth
• General knowledge of Vy’s Closet Digital Assets –Internet, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok Ecommerce website, Google Listing
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-based posture with the necessary "people" competencies to communicate a passion for winning.

• Must be skilled in telling the Vy’s Closet story.
• Ability to present professionally to large groups of prospects and customers.

Education and Qualifications
• 4 – 6 total years relevant work experience in retail or customer service management
• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in retail selling environment is required. Proven track record in Consultative, book-building business experience
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong and up-to-date technology and social media skills are required to ensure conversation with customers outside of store shopping appointments.
