Retail Artist.

In your role as “Retail Artist”, you will be required to assist customers in trying on products, makeup application for clients, assist customers while they shop, cash out sales, administrative duties, and assist in daily store operations.

You will be required to participate regularly in on-the-job training, may be required to partake in mandatory training outside of standard work schedule hours, and will be subject to monthly and quarterly performance reviews.

You will also be subject to daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualified applicants will be required to take a makeup application test and lash extension application test as part of the interview process.

Applicant must have flexibility with work hours and be able to work on holidays and weekends.

Job Requirements:

Education:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Professional Makeup Application Certification or evidence of professional training required

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear communication skills (including ability to read and write English)
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Superb makeup application skills

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time

Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service
- Minimum 5 years experience in professional makeup artistry
