Hours of Work:
45 hours per week.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one-hour unpaid lunch break per day
Every Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Working Conditions:
The role is based in a busy General Practice and specialist outpatient and urgent care clinic. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, provide direct patient care, stand for extended periods, respond to urgent patient needs, and work across different clinical areas as operational requirements dictate.
Job Summary
Cayman Clinic Ltd. is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care while maintaining professional standards and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
This Registered Nurse’s role involves caring for a wide range of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics with acute and chronic conditions. Urgent/ Critical Care experience is required and experience in managing complex cases. The role involves setting up and placement of IVs, administration of IV medications, ECG, EHR, patient triage, wound care, phlebotomy, calling patient results, assisting with procedures, patient education, supervision of new staff, Preparation and assisting with PRP procedures, and fitting Orthopedic devices such as CAM boots. Patient assessment and triage, urgent and routine clinical care, the RN will assist physicians, communicate results to patients as directed, and accurately maintain patient records using the Clinic’s electronic medical record (EMR) system, in accordance with applicable laws, professional standards, and Clinic policies.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Current registration with the Cayman Islands Nursing & Midwifery Board.
• A recognised qualification as a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of four (4) years' post-registration nursing experience.
• Previous Urgent Care or Critical Care nursing experience.
• Experience managing patients with complex clinical presentations.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: CI$4,000 to CI$5,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Benefits: Statutory benefits apply, including health insurance, pension and vacation entitlement in accordance with Cayman Islands legislation.
