Qualified Plumber with a minimum of 6 years’ experience Commercial and Residential Systems Installations, performed plumbing rough-in, repaired plumbing fixtures and maintained pipes, valves, welding pipes, fittings, drainage systems, chilled water piping systems and fixtures in all types of structures. Coordinating with general contractors and other building professionals on jobsite. Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making repairs. Tracking materials used and labor hours, as well as providing cost estimates. Proficiency with plumbing tools, welding equipment and knowledge of plumbing techniques. Ability to work in tight spaces, at heights, and handle heavy materials. Able to complete installation to a standard of workmanship while working with strict operational schedule. Must be conversant with NFPA Code requirements and able to read and understand blueprints and building plans to plan piping layouts. Ensuring all installations meet local regulations and building codes. Must possess NCTVET certification in NVQ-J Plumbing Level 3; NCTVET Diploma in Welding Level 1, 2 & 3; NCTVET Diploma in Plant Maintenance Level 3 and Cayman Islands Apprentice Plumber Licence.
