Physical and Health Education Teacher.

Role-Specific Requirements:

• Specialized qualifications in Physical Education, Health Education, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in physical fitness, sports, health, wellness, and age-appropriate health education.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience integrating technology into instruction, assessment, and student data tracking.
• Experience with inquiry-based or project-based learning approaches preferred.
• Coaching, athletics, or extracurricular sports experience preferred.

Core Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area from an accredited institution (Master’s preferred).
• Valid teaching certificate/license recognized by the Cayman Islands.
• Minimum of three years of full-time teaching experience in an accredited school using a US-based or International Baccalaureate curriculum.
• Demonstrated experience planning, delivering, and assessing student learning.
• Experience managing a classroom environment and supporting student development.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning.
