Must be a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, SSI Assistant Instructor Trainer and Qualified Boat Captain, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry. As well as knowledge of Cayman dive sites and waters.
Position will involve both guiding certified divers and teaching both PADI and SSI courses, including specialities. Must therefore show valid and in status PADI and SSI Pro certifications.
Must also have experience driving 27-foot outboard engine boats, as well as maintaining the engines and other equipment on board. Must also be able to depart and fully operate diving and/or snorkelling excursions according to the procedures of the company.
Must be highly presentable, excellent communication skills both written and oral as well as present a clean and valid Cayman Islands driving license.
Position involves working unsociable hours, such as weekends, public holidays and evenings.
Must be capable of lifting tanks that weigh roughly 50lbs, comfortably
