• Client Consultation -Discuss services, assess nail health, and provide recommendations for the best treatment or design based on the client's nail type and preferences.
• Nail Care Services -Perform manicures and pedicures, including cleaning, trimming, filing, and polishing nails.
• Nail Enhancement - Apply and remove artificial nails (such as acrylic or gel), tips, and shellac finishes.
• Nail Art - Decorate nails with polish, glitter, gems, or intricate hand-painted designs, staying current with trends.
• Hygiene and Sterilization: - Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, sterilizing all tools and equipment after each use to prevent cross-contamination and ensure client safety.
• Product Knowledge - Advise clients on appropriate nail and skin care products and effectively promote salon products to upsell. Proficiency in shaping, buffing, polishing, and applying various nail treatments and enhancements
• Client Relations - Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.
• Artistic Flair - Creativity and attention to detail for applying nail art and designs.
• Customer Service - Excellent communication skills to consult with clients and provide a positive salon experience.
• Attention to Detail - Meticulousness in executing services perfectly, from nail shaping to flawless application.
• Time Management - Ability to complete services efficiently and manage appointments effectively.
• Knowledge of Safety and Hygiene - Understanding and adherence to strict sanitation rules and procedures for tools and work areas.
• Spanish Language - Ability to speak read and write Spanish is a plus.
