Mason Helper / Carpenter Helper.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist masons with block laying, concrete preparation, mixing mortar, plastering, and general masonry work.
- Assist carpenters with formwork, framing, measuring, cutting, assembling, and installation activities.
- Prepare and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment before work begins.
- Measure, cut, carry, and position construction materials as instructed.
- Assist with the construction, installation, and removal of formwork.
- Load, unload, transport, and properly store construction materials.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools under appropriate supervision.
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean and safe working condition.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespersons with other construction and finishing duties as required.
- Perform physically demanding duties, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in construction, preferably assisting masons and/or carpenters.
- Primary school education or an equivalent combination of relevant skills and practical construction experience.
