Duties will include, but are not limited to, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications; measuring and calculating material requirements; preparing and leveling work areas and foundations; mixing and applying mortar, cement, concrete, and other bonding materials; laying bricks, blocks, and stone; constructing and repairing walls, partitions, foundations, arches, and other masonry structures; installing lintels and reinforcement; plastering, rendering, pointing, and finishing masonry and concrete surfaces; cutting and shaping materials using hand and power tools; ensuring work is properly aligned, level, and structurally sound; maintaining tools and equipment; complying with all applicable Cayman Islands health and safety requirements and site regulations; and performing other related masonry and construction duties as required.
