The Marine Yard and Hull Worker/Boat Detailer-Maintenance will be responsible for the cleaning, detailing, maintenance, and general upkeep of boats, including basic hull repairs and antifouling, as well as assisting with the launching and hauling of vessels. They will also operate marine maintenance tools and equipment, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and adhere to all safety protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
• 5 years’ experience in boat detailing
• 5 years’ experience in antifouling
• 5 years’ experience in hull maintenance
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license
Beneficial Qualifications:
• Ability to operate a forklift safely
• Ability to operate boats up to 40 FT
• Ability to safely tow and trailer boats
Must be available to work full-time Monday – Saturday (45 hours per week)
