The Manager, AML Supervision plays a key role in the risk-based supervision of firms of attorneys-at-law engaged in relevant financial business, helping to ensure compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism, and counter-proliferation financing (AML/CFT/CPF) laws and regulations.
Reporting to the Head of AML Supervision, the Manager leads supervisory activities, including inspections, off-site supervision and remediation. The Manager also manages supervisory staff and contributes to the development of guidance and supervisory practices.
