Removal of all trash from Resort trash cans, with attention to the companys internal
recycling efforts
Pruning, trimming, planting, and maintenance of all floral and fauna
Regular palm tree trimming including coconut removal
Raking, and ground refuse removal
Grooming and Raking Beach
Cleaning and tending to pools and hot tubs (per management request/if applies)
Organizing and Maintaining Beach furnishings
Organizing and Maintaining clean and debris-free guest patios
Light cleaning duties
Washing and bleaching stairwells, walls, windows, and signage
Parking lot, refuse area, and storage room maintenance and cleanliness
Operating small landscaping equipment, included blowers, trimmers, and other power tools.
