• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the premises.
• Carry out minor plumbing, painting, and basic repair work as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure that the premises are kept in good condition.
• Inspect facilities and report maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Assist with grounds keeping and other general maintenance duties.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
