Ten Sails Property Management Ltd. seeks a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Person/Handyman to maintain residential properties and strata developments.
Responsibilities: Perform general repairs, painting, minor renovations, cleaning, landscaping, property inspections, and common area maintenance. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency call-outs, prepare properties between tenancies, and maintain tools and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant maintenance experience, practical repair skills, physical fitness, reliability, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. High school education or equivalent preferred.
