Our Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team is at the forefront of cross-border litigation and includes 6 partners, 12 fee-earners, 1 consultant, articled clerks and a PSL. The team focuses as much on strategies to avoid disputes and mitigate risk as it does on active dispute resolution procedures. Our clients include multinational corporations, investment and private equity funds, insolvency practitioners, and domestic and international financial institutions.

EXPERIENCE

What You Bring
The successful candidate's qualifications and experience should include:

• A minimum of 10 years' post qualification experience
• Highly relevant experience in complex international commercial litigation, contentious cross-border insolvency and/or restructuring matters from a recognised leading law firm or barrister's chambers in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction
• Proven experience leading, managing and overseeing a wide range of matters for domestic and international clients
• Outstanding drafting and technical skills
• A strong academic background
• A proven ability to provide timely and commercial advice to clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team, lead and supervise junior associates and take an active part in sharing knowledge and experience within the team
