Litigation Associate.

Nelsons Legal, a leading Cayman Islands law firm, invites applications from suitably qualified attorneys for the position of Litigation Associate. This is an opportunity to join a respected litigation practice advising an international client base on commercial, civil, and family-related matters within a regulated professional environment.

The role is suited to a commercially minded litigation attorney who combines strong technical ability with sound judgment, client care, and a commitment to professional and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

· Strong experience in commercial, civil, and family litigation.

· Particular expertise in Insurance and Property Ligitigation is required for this role.

· Experience drafting Wills, estate administration including overseeing estate accounts, applications for Court Orders and Enduring Powers of Attorney will also be an advantage.

· Willingness to participate in business development and client relationship management outside of office hours is required.

· The candidate must have between 4 and 8 years’ post qualification experience.

Compensation

Salary range US$130,000 – US$150,000 based on level of experience. Discretionary bonus based on performance. Full health insurance premiums paid for staff, phone plan and statutory pensions contributions.
