Responsible for independently carrying out and leading flooring and specialised coating applications across residential, commercial and industrial projects while ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites, surfaces, materials and equipment for coating applications.
- Apply specialised flooring systems and protective coatings according to project specifications.
- Lead and supervise on-site crew members, providing guidance and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Work independently, troubleshoot application issues and complete assigned projects efficiently.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors and other personnel on job sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including the proper handling, storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals and waste.
- Maintain tools, equipment and clean, organised work areas.
