LABOURER.

Pro Stars Ltd T/A Starpro Recruitment Agency is looking for a hardworking and dependable construction labourer. Duties may include the following;

Assist in the construction of structures by performing tasks such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and operating construction equipment under the supervision of skilled workers.
Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and ensuring that the area is safe and organized.
Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and machinery used in construction activities.
Assist in the pouring and leveling of concrete, as well as the installation of concrete forms and scaffolding.
Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for oneself and fellow workers.
Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing structures.
Operate tools and machinery, including power drills, saws, and pneumatic hammers, as directed by skilled workers.

Qualifications:
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, often in adverse weather conditions.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity to operate tools and machinery effectively.
Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Workers must be punctual and reliable.
With a Clean Police record.
