General Labourer/Carpenter Helper/Mason Helper, collectively support skilled trades persons across carpentry, masonry, and general construction operations. These roles ensure efficient workflow, safe job sites, and timely completion of projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist carpenters and masons with formwork, framing, block laying, plastering, and concrete preparation.
• Mix mortar, cement, and other materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Support general construction tasks including debris removal, site preparation, and equipment handling.
Qualifications & Experience
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, masonry, and construction tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong physical stamina; able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction support roles.
