Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
-Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
-Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with basic duties as needed
-Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and disposing of waste
-Operate simple hand tools and equipment under supervision
-Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear
-Support setup and breakdown of jobsite materials, scaffolding, or equipment
-Maintain a tidy, organized workspace to ensure safe operations
-Perform repetitive tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
-Report hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to supervisors
Skills & Qualities we are looking for:
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour
-Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
-Basic understanding of workplace safety
-Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to different tasks
