Responsible for preparing ingredients, plating and portioning meals, ensuring proper food presentation and portion control, packing customer orders, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and restocking supplies. Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience and knowledge of Cayman Islands food safety laws, hygiene standards, sanitation regulations and applicable health requirements. No cooking duties required.
