Information Systems Project Coordinator.

Delphi Ltd., a provider of outsourced information systems
management services, is seeking an Information Systems Project
Coordinator to join our team supporting a diverse client base with
high quality IT management and consulting services.
Role Overview
This is a hands on technical role providing outsourced IT
management, systems administration, and infrastructure support both
remotely and onsite. The successful candidate will deliver high quality
technical support, project coordination, and consulting across clients
environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1–3 technical support for client systems, both remotely
and onsite
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active
Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, SQL Server,
and VMware
Configure and support network infrastructure, including Cisco firewalls
and switches
Perform hardware/software installation, upgrades, testing, and
preventive maintenance
Support backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, systems
availability, and network security
Assist with database administration and infrastructure improvements
Document work completed and maintain accurate technical records
Provide consulting in infrastructure, network security, backup
management, and disaster recovery
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or
related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience,
OR 10+ years of equivalent hands on IT experience in outsourced or
Managed services environments
Minimum 10 years’ experience providing outsourced IT management
and support
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory,
Microsoft Exchange Server, SQL Server, VMware, and Microsoft 365
Experience configuring and supporting Fortinet firewalls.
CompTIA Security+ certification required.
Excellent customer service skills, professional manner, and strong
work ethic.
