 Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers
 Sharing knowledge about hydraulic hoses
 Measure, cut, assemble, crimp, etc., industrial hydraulic hose
 Test and check hose assemblies per shop procedures
 Drive the Mobile Hose Van to job sites island wide to make hoses for customers from time to time
 Keep the Van and its contents presentable for customers
 Keep an eye out for any maintenance that may be needed on the van or its equipment
 Read and understand work orders
 Clean and package hose assemblies for customers
 Operate the store point of sale system (TAMS) to invoice and pull orders
 Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times
 Balance cash against daily sales and remit the same on a daily basis (on Van Sales)
 Any other tasks that will be assigned by the manager or supervisor
 Required to take online training (online training access will be provided) at least once a month.
