Housekeeper.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for immaculate spaces, as well as being proactive, reliable, and possess an eye for the finest details.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of assigned properties: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing and window cleaning.
- Performing periodic deep cleaning of all interior spaces.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned to a superior standard, paying close attention to intricate details and high-touch surfaces.
- Manage laundry and linen: washing, ironing and proper storage.
- Organize and maintain pantries, closets, and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the property manager promptly.
- Adhere to strict schedules and deadlines while maintaining a flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper in a luxury residential, hospitality, or similar high-end environment.
- Certificate in Housekeeping preferred.
- A strong work ethic and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning products for various surfaces.
- A positive and professional demeanour with strong communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a clean police record.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary range is $10.00 - $14.00 (KYD) per hour, based on training and experience.
