Your Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning & Maintenance
● Perform daily and deep cleaning of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
● Utilize specialized cleaning methods to maintain high-end furniture, flooring, artwork, antiques, and fixtures.
● Conduct seasonal deep cleaning, including wardrobe organization, carpet treatments, and outdoor furniture maintenance.
● Ensure surfaces, appliances, and decorative pieces remain dust-free and pristine.
● Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and household supplies per safety guidelines.
● Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management
● Manage all laundry duties, including washing, ironing, steaming, folding, and proper storage of clothing and linens.
● Care for delicate and luxury fabrics, ensuring proper treatment and storage.
● Organize wardrobes by season, color, and homeowner preferences.
● Assist with packing and unpacking for travel, ensuring all items are in pristine condition.
● Maintain an inventory of household linens, towels, and personal garments.

Household Organization & Presentation
● Maintain a tidy, clutter-free environment in all rooms.
● Follow detailed household-specific cleaning checklists and maintain records of preferences for each area.
● Arrange fresh flowers, set dining areas, and prepare guest accommodations to high standards.
● Implement turn-down service as requested, ensuring a polished and welcoming atmosphere.
● Manage household waste and recycling, ensuring proper disposal and a clean environment.

Guest & Event Support
● Prepare guest rooms with personalized touches according to household preferences.
● Assist in household event preparation, including setting up and cleaning event spaces.
● Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Inventory & Supply Management
● Keep track of household supplies, including cleaning products, linens, toiletries, and pantry essentials.
● Restock items as needed, ensuring all household essentials are readily available.
● Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for special cleaning materials or home care items.

Pet Care Assistance (If Applicable)
● Assist with pet feeding, cleaning pet areas, and maintaining their designated spaces.
● Follow specific pet care instructions provided by the family.

Work Environment & Expectations
● Privacy & Discretion: Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding household affairs and guests.
● Attention to Detail: Anticipate the family’s needs before being asked.
● Flexibility: Adapt to last-minute requests and be available for occasional travel with the family if required.
● Physical Demands: This role involves frequent lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks in a 12,000 sq. ft. estate.
● Collaboration: Work closely with other household staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient home operation.
